By placing an order with Ninety8 Bake House, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Advance notice is required for all orders:
Orders are only confirmed once the required deposit/payment has been received.
last-minute orders may be accepted depending on the availability and may incur a rush fee.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure all orders.
The remaining balance must be paid before collection or delivery.
Accepted payment methods include:
No cake will be released without full payments.
Collection times must be respected and adhered to.
Late collection may result in additional storage arrangements or the cake being forfeited if not collected within a reasonable time.
Delivery is available only for wedding cakes at an additional fee, which will be communicated during the order process.
Once the cake has been collected or delivered and accepted, responsibility for the cake transfers to the client.
Ninety8 Bake House is not liable for any damage after the cake has left the premises.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Orders cancelled within 48–72 hours of the collection/delivery date are not eligible for refunds, as preparation and ingredient purchases may have already begun.
Refunds will only be issued if Ninety8 Bake House cancels the order.
No refunds will be given once the cake has been collected or delivered.
